run, don't walk …

If you have never had this, stop what you’re doing right now and run to the grocery store. I’m telling you I love, LOVE this combination of sweet, tart, crunchy and healthy! Mikelle told me she had been eating it and I said “What? That just sounds gross!” But no. NO. It’s truly de-LISH!

What is it you say? Vanilla [healthy] yogurt, topped with fresh or frozen raspberries or blackberries, and sprinkled with chopped walnuts. You’ve got your dairy, your protein, your vitamin-filled fruit and your omega 3’s. Absolutely delightful. In fact I experience a little thrill, a chill, a tremor with each bite. The sweet of the yogurt [sweetened with crystalized fructose please!] the shocking tart of the fruit — now don’t go buying fruit with a ton of any sugar on it — and the little bit of extra chewy-ness from the nuts is a mind body-boggling experience!

Do not, under any set of circumstances, ruin this delectable bit of heaven by tossing on some granola instead of chopped walnuts!
