I’m up. It’s 7 a.m. and the sun is shining. Totally blue, cloudless sky. A bit crisp.
I know exactly what is going to make me feel better. I’m going to fill my house with Scentsy candles, balance my checkbook to the penny, deposit money into my savings account to take it up to an even number and clean out my plastics cupboard. That always seems to restore sanity and control into my life! When the frost leaves I’ll mow the lawn diagonally with very straight lines and count the apples on my little tree and straighten all the rugs and vacuum them. I think I’ll change my bedspread to the new neutral tones with the cool sage stripe and take a hot shower.
I might start the B of M and try to pray.
I’ll exercise. Get out my red bike.
I spent an hour looking online at Ideal Protein Diets and reading 3fatchicksonadiet, and I know that’s not where I want to go.
Yah, I’ve got a plan and I’m feeling not quite so defeated as I was last night.
