Hey, so listen up. [Oh, too much Idol going around in my head . . .]
I’ve had some good days in a row. Back to 146, which to quote Scott, “might be the new 142.” It’s not much but, I do feel better about myself and where I’m at [compared to where I’ve been!] Becky will be back to work on Monday and I believe I’ve finally quit eating for her.
How does that happen? She goes through the tragedy and loses her husband and I gain ten pounds.
Mostly it’s been a lazy week. I’ve read and watched and laid around. Oh, wait. Of course, I went to work and racked up nearly fifty hours, but I usually don’t count that. That’s an everyday thing. And I drove the bus four times, as well. I’ve also balanced three checking accounts and paid Stephen’s and hubby’s bills. I haven’t kept up on laundry and dishes. That’s what today is for. Yay! Saturday. The last three weekends in a row I’ve had to work both Friday and Saturday [over 60 hours each of those weeks!] and, believe me, my house could tell that story! I need to dust, vacuum, wash rugs, do dishes. Ugh, Ugh, Ugh.
And, I need to exercise.
And, eat right so I don’t lose the progress I’ve made this week.
I’m dying to go to SLC to the Wood Connection to get some more lady bugs.
Yes, I would seriously go all the way to Salt Lake to buy six more 69 cent little pieces of wood. But then, when I add the cost of filling my gas tank for $42, that would make them cost $7.69 each.
So, I’m still debating.
Because, next weekend I’m heading to Rigby to watch Blythe in her Shakespeare production that she has been rehearsing since the first of the year! And it’s Tracy’s birthday! And we have tickets to go see Mindy Gledhill in Rexburg. So I can’t go to SLC that weekend.
But, I need to stay home today.
However, if I go to SLC today I could also go to Ogden and then to Logan to see my little guy.
But then my house would still be a mess . . . .
So, I’m still debating. . . .
