knock-knock

I remember a long, long time ago, someone laying on the couch with a couple of his friends [Blaine?] nearby and when I walked into the house coming home from the hospital they all pulled butcher knives out from under the couch. They were ‘protecting’ me. And now that same guy just offered to beat someone with a sack of doorknobs.

Seriously, that’s very sweet.

And on a side note. I’m down to 155! Yay!!! With my hurt ribs, I’ve had to cut down on the dumbbells but yesterday, for instance, I walked on the treadmill for 25 minutes, rode the bike for 10 and did the elliptical for 10.

And I’ve been taking a bowlful of supplements before bed. Lots of calcium, magnesium, Vitamin D and other assorted goodies.

I feel so good!.
